I am unable to log in/ forgot password.

Not being able to log in is the most common problem with our application. However, in almost all cases, it is due to a mismatch between the username and password. The best tip if the combination doesn't work: try multiple e-mail addresses and passwords, it often works itself out.

As soon as you create an account for the first time, this e-mail address is also your username. You may then have the e-mail address changed yourself or via customer service. You can then only log in with this new e-mail address.

People often try to log in with an old username when they have not used the application for a long time, which is then not recognized. Always check first whether your login details have been entered correctly. Can't log in after that? Then click on 'forgot password'. You will then receive a new password by email. Please note: this will be sent to the email address your account is registered with. Any old e-mail address will not receive a link to change the password.
