I have connected the power, but I am not getting any power. How can I solve this?

There can be several reasons why the power is not (yet) working. See if any of the following points may apply.

  • There can be a maximum of 5 minutes between activation and the start of the delivery
  • The plug is not properly connected (check both sides)
  • There is no voltage at the socket (check whether the earth leakage circuit breaker is set to red)
  • The activation number is incorrect. Check the number at the location (you can check the number you entered in the app or via the website)
  • Are you already registered with an account? If not, first create an account for free
  • If you already have an account, make sure you are logged in with the correct username and password
  • If you have lost your password, request a new one by clicking on 'forgot password'
