Essentially, there are two possible ways to pay your bill.
1. Pay by direct debit. You must enter your IBAN number in your account for this. If you have opted for a direct debit, you do not have to do anything else. The money from the relevant invoice will be automatically debited from your account.
2. Pay via a manual transfer. Every month you can find your invoice in the app or on the website. Choose a payment method (for example iDEAL, PayPal or credit card) and simply pay your bill. You can also transfer the amount manually. The account number to which you can transfer the money is stated in the invoice. Do not forget to state the invoice number.
Please note: you will only receive an invoice if you have used our service in the previous month. The invoice will be prepared for you at the beginning of the month.
